I built a roller rink in my basement to find my way back to the girl I had left behind.
What began as a room filled with music, movement, and light became something much bigger: a doorway back to joy.
Then that healing became a children’s book.
A real roller rink. A return to joy.
I became a mother at fifteen.
And for the next thirty-two years, survival came first.
The girl I had been—the creative one, the playful one, the one who wanted music and movement and color—did not disappear.
She waited.
Then, decades later, I built a roller rink in my basement.
At first, I thought I was just creating a fun room.
But somewhere between the disco ball, the music, and the first lap around that floor, I realized I had built a way back to her.
The Roller Home is the story that came through when we finally found each other again.

Built in the Middle of Becoming
I did not build Charmed Phase Productions because I had everything figured out. I built it in the middle of a complete identity shift.
For years, I lived in survival mode—performing, overgiving, shape-shifting, achieving, and trying to earn belonging through productivity, perfectionism, and loyalty. On paper, I looked successful.
I worked my way from customer care into executive-level leadership support at a multi-state corporation. I managed large-scale events, internal systems, community initiatives, executive operations, and the details no one else knew how to hold. I became the person everyone relied on.
But underneath all of it, I was disappearing from myself. Eventually, my nervous system stopped allowing me to ignore that truth.
What followed was one of the most painful and transformative periods of my life. The version of me built around external validation began to fall apart. The titles, roles, relationships, and identities that had once made me feel secure no longer fit.
And in the ashes of that unraveling, I began building something real—not another performance, not a polished persona, but a life that actually aligned with who I am.

It Began in a Basement Roller Rink
The rebuilding started in the most unexpected place: a roller rink I created in my basement to heal my inner child. At first, I thought I was building a fun room. What I was really building was a way back to myself.
Roller Home became a space where music, movement, color, solitude, and play could exist without needing to be useful or approved by anyone else. It was where I began regulating my nervous system, moving grief through my body, reconnecting with joy, and hearing my own voice again.
Somewhere between the disco ball, the first lap around the floor, and the girl inside me finally realizing she was safe to come forward, Charmed Phase was born. The Roller Home was never only a room. It became proof that the environments we create can help us remember who we are.
A Multidimensional Container for the Work
Charmed Phase Productions, LLC is the container for everything that came after. It exists at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, personal transformation, and meaningful execution.
This work is intentionally multidimensional because I no longer believe we are meant to divide ourselves into neat, marketable pieces. Strategy and intuition belong together. Healing and execution belong together. Vision and structure belong together. Creativity and operational excellence belong together.
Charmed Phase Productions was built to hold all of it.
Legacy Branding and Storytelling
On the brand side, I help established businesses—especially legacy and family-owned brands—evolve without losing the history, emotional weight, and meaning that made people care about them in the first place.
Many businesses already possess powerful stories, trusted relationships, community history, and overlooked creative assets. They simply have not been translated into a modern brand experience.
My work blends storytelling strategy, narrative psychology, archetypal branding, creative direction, and conversion-focused marketing to uncover what is already valuable and make it visible.
The goal is not to erase the past in pursuit of something trendier. It is to honor what came before while building a brand capable of moving forward.
Women’s Self-Reclamation
Alongside my brand work, I create educational frameworks, written content, and transformational experiences for women who are ready to stop performing and begin returning to themselves.
This work explores the conditioning that teaches women to overgive, self-abandon, seek approval, tolerate misalignment, and mistake exhaustion for worthiness.
It is not surface-level empowerment. It is structured deconditioning, nervous system awareness, emotional rewiring, identity reconstruction, and learning how to make decisions from internal authority rather than fear, obligation, or external expectation.
It is the slow, radical work of becoming self-led. Because freedom is not simply knowing that the system is harmful. Freedom is recognizing how deeply it lives inside us—and choosing differently.
Strategic and Operational Support
Charmed Phase Productions also provides executive-level administrative and operational support to mission-aligned organizations.
Drawing from years of experience supporting C-suite leadership across multi-state operations, I step in as a strategic partner who can bring structure to complexity, protect executive capacity, improve internal systems, coordinate moving parts, and help meaningful work function more effectively.
I understand both the vision and the machinery required to carry it. I know how to see the whole system while still catching the detail everyone else missed.
This is not basic task support. It is high-level partnership rooted in discretion, judgment, communication, organization, and an understanding that purpose-driven work still needs strong infrastructure.
Why the Brand Looks and Feels This Way
My brand was born inside a basement roller rink created to heal my inner child. So yes, it is colorful. It is textured. It sparkles.
And if it feels a little like Lisa Frank grew up, developed boundaries, and discovered nervous system regulation—that is entirely intentional.
This is not decoration for decoration’s sake. It is dopamine-rich design. Color, beauty, light, texture, and movement are part of the visual language of safety, expression, pleasure, and a fully inhabited life.
For years, I tolerated environments, relationships, and identities that required me to shrink, perform, or disconnect from myself. I do not do that anymore.
Now, if I look at something and do not feel beauty, alignment, energy, or pleasure, I either transform it or remove it. That is not only an aesthetic preference. It is a standard.
I live inside what feels good on purpose. Because when you stop surrounding yourself with what drains, diminishes, or disconnects you, your life begins to respond differently.
The Work Behind the Work
Roller Home is also where I document the process in real time: the healing, the building, the grief, the nervous system shifts, the rituals, the creative breakthroughs, the identity changes, and the lessons that only appear once the old version of you stops running the show.
This is the deeper work beneath the polished posts and finished projects. It is the becoming before the reveal.
It is the part where you learn that transformation is not one dramatic moment. It is a series of small decisions to stop abandoning yourself.
The Mission
Charmed Phase Productions exists to help people and organizations become more fully what they already are.
For brands, that means uncovering the story, structure, and emotional truth that can carry them into their next chapter.
For women, it means dismantling the conditioning that keeps them performing and returning to a life that feels internally sourced.
For mission-aligned organizations, it means creating the operational support necessary for meaningful work to grow without losing its integrity.
For me, it means refusing to separate the strategist from the storyteller, the operator from the artist, or the woman I became from the girl who waited for me.
This is where all of those selves finally work together. Because when the story, the structure, the nervous system, and the vision are aligned, everything works differently.
